Terms & Conditions

Your Commitment To Us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between RockReef and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your ticket. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, once the payment has been made, we are unable to give a full refund. However, if you would like to make amendments to your booking(s) this can be arrange with 48 hours notice prior to your booking. Please contact the RockReef reception team for more information.

Refunds

We cannot give refunds except in the case of session cancellations or customers not being able to do the activity due to safety reasons. Refunds will not be issued to missed bookings or last-minute customer cancellations.

Online Booking

Discounts and offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

All online ticket bookings are subject to a 0.50p non-refundable booking fee.

PierZip

An adult must accompany children under 16.

Bad weather, especially high winds or very heavy rain, could result in the zip wire being closed for safety reasons. We will try to notify you as soon as possible to reschedule your booking to another time or day.

Age, height and weight restrictions:

  • Minimum Age 6 years
  • Minimum Height 1.3mts
  • Minimum Weight 30kgs
  • Maximum Weight 120kgs

Please note: weight limits may vary, dependent upon weather conditions on the day.

Photography and Video Footage

  1. The PierZip Revl add-on camera system records video and images. By choosing to use this service, you accept that you will be filmed for the production of stills and video. This footage may be used by RockReef for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to share your footage, please let a member of the team know when booking.
  2. RockReef do not accept any liability if the Revl video service cannot be provided for whatever reason. Data provided when booking, including your e-mail and mobile phone number will be shared with our video partner Revl, for the purpose of providing you with the footage.
  3. In the case of children under the age of 18, you accept and consent by making the Booking that still or video images of children will be taken when purchasing the Revl video service.
  4. Many of our visitors will also be capturing video and photographs whilst using the PierZip. By attending our site, you understand and accept that we are not responsible for the use of any images of you that may be captured in this way.

What Happens if it Rains, Hails or Snows?

Believe it or not, it may happen! The best thing about RockReef is that it is indoors, the pier has a shelter running up to the entrance so any rainy days won’t be a problem. The PierZip operates in most weather, including rain. If for some reason we are unable to open due to extreme weather, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible and book you an alternative date and time of your choosing.

We’ll update our social media platforms if the PierZip is closed due to the weather, in which case your ride will be rescheduled to a suitable date of your choice. Make sure you check online before your visit.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or at the RockReef reception. They will expire 12 months after purchase. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable against RockReef birthday parties.

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed during checkout by entering the voucher code provided on the Gift Voucher.

Birthday Parties

Party numbers cannot be changed 1 week prior to the birthday party. You must have a ratio of 1 adult Clipper to 3 children, if you do not, you may be turned away. Please arrive 15 minutes before the party starts, we cannot extend the climbing time if there are late arrivals. Once you have climbed, you will have 45 minutes of table time in the cafe for food, please do not stay longer than your allotted time.  We cannot give refunds but Gift Vouchers may be offered as a form of goodwill.
