Exciting seasonal part-time, full-time and weekend jobs are available at Rock Reef on the Bournemouth Pier.

If you have a passion for anything sporty and you want a challenge then you may be the right person for us. The following roles include, instructors, lead instructors and receptionist. The PierZip is the FIRST and ONLY pier to shore zip wire experience in the world! Be a zip instructor or a receptionist in Zip Base.

Full training will be given for all roles. We are offering flexible hours of work, with evening and daytime shifts available. You must be able to work bank holidays and weekends. Contracts will be discussed with the successful interviewees. Hourly rates will also be variable dependent on experience. Not sure on the type of role you would like to do? CAFE SUPERVISOR

As a café supervisor you will play a pivotal role in providing a warm and welcoming experience for all of our customers. You will be proficient in food health and safety and have experience leading a team.

Main duties and responsibilities

Leadership

  • To manage the team of café assistants
  • Ensure all café staff provide a high level of customer service
  • Provide training for new café assistants and ongoing training throughout their employment
  • Be responsible for café cleanliness, deep cleans and completion of daily records for health and safety

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all safety processes are conducted properly
  • To use all equipment in a safe manner as trained
  • Opening and closing of the café and ensuring the café is secure at all times
  • Attending team meetings as appropriate
  • Ensure the day-to-day running is smooth and the café is set up to a high standard
